ONLINE CATALOG TERMS & CONDITIONS

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Regulations set out the rules for the functioning and use of the "Wish List" by Users, hereinafter referred to as the Wish List.
1.2. The wish list allows Users to create a list of products that they would like to purchase in the future through stores distributing Scubatech / Tecline products. The wish list can only include products on the commercial offer of Scubatech sp z o.o. visible on pages of the catalog.tecline.com.pl website.
 
II. PRINCIPLES OF THE "Wish List"
2.1. The catalog provides functionality to Users on its website free of charge,
which allows:
- creating a Wish List,
- wish list management,
- printout of the Wish List to a PDF file.
2.2. The owner of the Wish List can only be a person who has a User's account in the Catalog.
2.3. Any modification of the Wish List can only be made by the owner of the Wish List.
 
 
III. RESPONSIBILITY
3.1. Scubatech sp z o.o. will not use information contained in the Wish List created by the owner for marketing purposes.
 
IV. RESERVATIONS
4.1 .. Scubatech sp.z o.o. reserves the right to change, extend, limit access to the Wish List service at any time. The Catalog will inform you by e-mail about each change in the scope of the service.

V. FINAL PROVISIONS
5.1. Any complaints or complaints regarding the operation of the Wish List should be submitted in the form of an electronic letter to the following address: scubatech@scubatech.pl
5.2. Complaints or complaints should be submitted within 7 (seven) days from the date of the reason for the complaint or complaint, Complaints or complaints should include the name, surname, exact address of the sender, as well as the justification for the complaint or complaint. Complaints and complaints will be considered by Scubatech sp.z o.o. within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt. The sender will be notified by e-mail about the way of settling the complaint or complaint.
